OverTime Sports has exciting opportunities for sports-driven individuals with a passion for having a good time with great people and a willingness to give great customer service. We would love for you to join our fun & quirky staff that includes league refs, supervisors, and OTS ambassadors.

What we're looking for in our OTS league referees:

Ability to communicate clearly & concisely - We strive to create a easy-going environment to all levels of players and this starts with our refs standing by their calls.

Passion for teaching & coaching - We encourage our refs to go the extra mile on explaining the rules, helping players feel comfortable on the field and again create a friendly environment for everyone involved.

Enjoy creating fun for others - We want everyone to have fun on the field, whether they are winning or losing! At the end of the day the score is FUN to FUN. 

Confidence to make the big call - You need to be able to make the big call quickly and confidently and stick by it. If you can stay level headed, even when Bob and Emma want to throw tantrums like baby-children then you got it!

What we offer our league referees:

A Great Time! - As an officiator we want you to have fun as well. We bring all necessary equipment, rule books and necessary scorecards to make your life as easy as possible.

Flexible Scheduling - You tell us when you want to work and we will only schedule you for those days and Times!

Entry into Free Play Lottery - As you help us, we would like to help you! We have created a lottery for all refs per sport to earn entries to get free league play into other OTS leagues and events.

Working with OverTime Sports is a great way to earn extra income while having fun, being involved with sports & something that can fit around your full-time job, college classes, parenting, or whatever you have going on in your life! Also this is a great networking opportunity for anyone new to the area or someone trying to just meets some groovy, cool cats!
