Co-ed Flag football is back! This league is all about having fun, meeting new friends and playing the sport we all love. Athletic ability not required to have a blast in this league.

6V6 format

Minimum of 3 females on the field at all times. Ball must be hiked with a center. This is non blocking, non contact league.

This league includes 6 weeks of games and a 7th playoffs for teams who qualify (Half the Teams Qualify).

Rosters have a minimum of 10 players
All players must be registered signed the waiver and paid before the first game in order to participate.
